5 Day Meal Plan

If you're spending more time at home for the next few weeks, give our 5 Day Meal Plan a try!

Not quite sold yet? It will save you time, money and stress. Done.

As more and more families are home to slow the spread of COVID-19, it's a perfect time to get in the kitchen and try a new recipe - or five!

This past week, we've been following our 5 Day Beef Meal Plan that we developed with Lindsey Bomgren of Nourish Move Love. Ready to give it a try this week? Print out the grocery shopping list, recipes and plan here.

All week, we've walked through each recipe showing you practical tips to help you efficiently get dinner on the table - from the grocery shopping, to the prepping and to the plating.

The best part is that the plan is healthy AND kid-friendly! While your kids may be away from the formal classroom, it's a perfect opportunity to get them involved in the kitchen.

We also feature several different cuts of beef throughout the week, so you'll become an expert and feel like BeyoncĂ© in the kitchen rather quickly!

You'll also see us sharing alternative cooking methods in case you happen to have your grill in hibernation during this time of the year. And don't worry - we only use ingredients that are easy to find, most of which you likely have on hand already!

Tomorrow is our final day - DAY 5 - of the meal plan. Be sure to tune in!

In case you've missed the other days or would like a kitchen cooking lesson refresher, all five days of our step-by-step videos can be found on Instagram (follow us @Minnesota_Beef) saved in our highlights. Also, you can find a direct link to the meal plan and full guide in our Instagram bio.

Cooking beef doesn't need to be scary. So, meet Chuck. Chuck Knows Beef will help you determine what cuts to buy when in the store and how to prepare it when home in your kitchen!
