It's that time of year when playoff college basketball games are in full swing! Whether you're watching the game solo or need to impress a crowd, don't go hungry...fuel up with scrumptious beef appetizers! Easy yet flavorful, you'll probably find yourself making these recipes more than once.

Bite-Size Sweet and Spicy Beef Ribs

These bite-size ribs are sure to be a big hit. Chocked full of flavor - a little spicy and a hint of sweet. Some unique ingredients you'll need: mirin, sweet chili garlic sauce, and ginger. This recipe also calls for agave nectar. But don't worry, if you don't have any, honey will do the trick. Once the beef is done slow-cooking in the oven, you're left with bite-size pieces that are fall-apart tender.

Cheesy Beef Artichoke Dip

Beloved artichoke dip but with a protein punch! The best part? This recipe is simple because it calls for leftover Beef Pot Roast so not only are you saving time, but you're also helping to clean out your fridge. Or, if you don't have leftover pot roast, you can simply buy a pre-cooked package right at your local grocery store - typically located by the deli meats. Simply mix the ingredients, place into a pan, and cook in the oven for 30 minutes until it's bubbly, cheesy, and drool worthy. We'll let you decide if double-dipping is allowed.

To add a flavorful twist, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley - brush over the top once done baking. Need I say more?
